Aditya Birla Real Estate has been developing residential and commercial projects since 2016. Its presence spans major cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune. The company’s new Dubai office will cater to clients in the Gulf region.
Aditya Birla Real Estate recently partnered with Barmalt India to launch a luxury residential project in Gurugram. The project covers 13.27 acres and has a development potential of 2.4 million square feet, expected to generate ₹5,000 crore in revenue.
With its new identity and strategic expansions, Aditya Birla Real Estate aims to strengthen its presence in India’s real estate market and beyond.
