Tata Motors has announced a significant price cut on its popular electric vehicles, Nexon.ev and Punch.ev, as part of its “Festival of Cars” event. The company aims to make EVs more accessible to the average Indian consumer by reducing their upfront costs. The Nexon.ev is now priced at Rs 12.49 lakh, representing savings of up to Rs 3 lakh, while the Punch.ev starts at Rs 9.99 lakh, with a reduction of up to Rs 1.20 lakh.
In addition to the price cuts, Tata is offering 6 months of free charging at over 5,500 Tata Power charging stations across India. This limited-period offer is valid until October 31, 2024, and aims to encourage more people to switch to electric vehicles.
