The acquisition will also grant Happiest Minds access to PureSoftware’s portfolio of esteemed clients, bolstering its presence in key markets.
Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman of Happiest Minds, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming PureSoftware into the Happiest Minds family. He highlighted the alignment of both companies’ visions, emphasizing their shared commitment to driving happiness for both employees and customers.
