Blinkit, a quick commerce platform, has launched a 10-minute returns and exchanges service for clothing and footwear. This feature aims to alleviate “size anxiety” for customers shopping online. After a successful test run in Delhi-NCR, the service is now available in major cities, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.
The returns and exchanges process is seamless, with customers able to initiate requests through the Blinkit app. The company promises to process returns or exchanges within 10 minutes of receiving the request. This development follows Blinkit’s existing 10-minute delivery service, further enhancing customer convenience.
In addition to the returns feature, Blinkit has also introduced a GST invoicing feature. This update allows businesses to add their GSTIN during checkout, generating a GST-compliant invoice. This enables companies to claim GST input credits of up to 28% on eligible purchases. According to Blinkit’s CEO, Albinder Dhindsa, this feature will benefit businesses making bulk or high-value purchases.
