Apple has launched a new iPad Mini in India, powered by the advanced A17 Pro chip. This upgrade boosts the device’s performance, enabling seamless execution of demanding tasks and immersive experiences. The A17 Pro chip includes a 6-core CPU and a 5-core GPU, resulting in a 30% increase in CPU performance and a 25% increase in graphics performance.
The new iPad Mini also supports the Apple Pencil Pro, designed for creative tasks. The device features an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, providing vibrant colors and crisp visuals. Additionally, the iPad Mini boasts an improved camera system with Smart HDR 4 and Centre Stage, making it ideal for photography and video calls.
In terms of connectivity, the iPad Mini supports Wi-Fi 6E for faster wireless performance and eSIM for cellular models. The USB-C port has also been upgraded for faster data transfers. The device is available in four color options: blue, purple, starlight, and space grey.
The new iPad Mini is available for pre-order in India and will be released on October 23. Prices start at Rs 49,900 for the Wi-Fi model and Rs 64,900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model, with storage options ranging from 128GB to 512GB. Customers can purchase the device online from Apple’s official store or through authorized resellers.
