Ola Electric aims to lead the electric motorcycle market in India.
Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has shared a teaser video of a new electric motorcycle, generating excitement among enthusiasts. The brief video shows a street fighter-style motorcycle with skinny tires, LED headlights, and a sporty stance.
The teaser is believed to be hinting at the M1 Cyber Racer, a roadster-style motorcycle that was showcased as a concept earlier. Ola Electric has filed design patents for two roadster-style motorcycles in India, which might be related to the teased motorcycle.
Ola Electric is already a leader in India’s electric two-wheeler market, selling around 37,000 units in June 2024. The company aims to replicate its success with electric motorcycles, starting with the new model expected to be unveiled on August 15th.
