Fractal Analytics, an artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions provider, is planning to file its draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offer (IPO) with SEBI next month. The company is looking at a valuation of around $3 billion and plans to list on Indian bourses.
The IPO size is expected to be in the range of $500-600 million, comprising a large share of secondary share sales by existing investors, including TPG Capital and Apax Partners. Fractal Analytics aims to become a $15 billion annual revenue company by serving the world’s 500 biggest companies.
