JioCinema has shattered records during the TATA IPL 2024 season, achieving an impressive reach of over 62 crore views, a significant 53% increase from last year. The platform recorded over 35,000 crore minutes of watch-time, with viewers spending an average of 75 minutes per session, up from 60 minutes in the previous season.

Innovative features like 12 language feeds, 4K viewing, multi-cam options, and immersive AR/VR experiences played a key role in attracting viewers. On the opening day, JioCinema drew in 11.3 crore viewers, marking a 51% increase from the previous year, and secured 28 sponsors and over 1400 advertisers by the end of the season.

Looking ahead, JioCinema is gearing up for comprehensive coverage of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. The platform promises thousands of hours of live and on-demand content, focusing on key events and standout performances by Indian athletes. The Olympics will run from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
