Intel has introduced a groundbreaking AI PC program aimed at bringing together software developers and hardware vendors to drive innovation in the tech industry. This initiative comprises two key components: the AI PC Developer Program and the involvement of Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs), both geared towards fostering collaboration and facilitating the integration of AI technologies.
Under the AI PC Developer Program, Intel is providing a suite of tools, frameworks, and developer kits tailored to software developers and independent software vendors (ISVs). This comprehensive resource package, which includes the latest Intel hardware such as the Intel Core Ultra processor, aims to streamline the developer experience and promote the widespread adoption of AI technologies.
Moreover, Intel is expanding its reach by incorporating IHVs into the program, allowing them to optimize their hardware solutions for Intel AI PCs. Qualified IHV partners gain access to Intel’s Open Labs for technical support and co-engineering assistance, along with reference hardware to test and refine their technology. With already 150 hardware vendors onboard, Intel is poised to scale its innovative hardware and software solutions, fostering collaboration across the tech ecosystem to unlock new possibilities in AI.
