WhatsApp will soon end its support for 35 old smartphones from various brands, including Samsung, Apple, and Huawei. This means that users who own these devices will no longer be able to use the messaging app unless they upgrade to newer devices. To avoid losing their chat history, users are advised to back up their data before the deadline.
To back up your WhatsApp chat history, follow these simple steps: open WhatsApp, go to Settings, select Chats, and then Chat Backup. Choose your backup frequency and whether to include videos and images. Finally, tap “Back up now” to initiate the backup process.
Additionally, WhatsApp is testing a new feature that allows users to chat with Meta AI using voice messages. This feature was spotted in the latest beta version for Android and is expected to roll out soon.
