Quicktouch Technologies has announced a significant increase in its Q1 net profit, reporting a 146.77% jump to Rs 1.53 crore. The company’s sales also saw a substantial rise of 266.43% to Rs 41.70 crore in the quarter ended June 2024.
The company’s Managing Director, Gaurav Jindal, attributed the strong performance to effective growth strategies and a solid market position. Quicktouch has also approved the acquisition of UAE-based Pinnacle Exim IT Solutions LLC, which will enhance its capabilities and offer a broader range of services to clients worldwide.
In addition to the acquisition, Quicktouch plans to raise Rs 50 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares. The company has also unveiled a new logo, reflecting its commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence.
