Ola Consumer has unveiled ambitious plans to revolutionize India’s digital commerce landscape. At its Sankalp 2024 event, the company announced a series of initiatives focused on accessibility, affordability, efficiency, and sustainability. These plans include an AI-powered shopping assistant, electric logistics, automated warehousing, and an expanded EV fleet.
Ola’s partnership with ONDC aims to democratize commerce in India, with a successful pilot program already underway in Bengaluru. The company is also introducing Ola Credit, offering personal loans through a fully digitized process, and Ola Pay, enabling UPI payments within the app. Additionally, Ola Share and Ola Loyalty Program are designed to enhance the user experience and provide rewards across mobility, e-commerce, and logistics services.
