Norris led every lap, despite brushing the walls a couple of times, and crossed the finish line 20.945 seconds ahead of Max Verstappen. “It was an amazing race,” Norris said. “The car was mega. I could push, we were flying the whole race.” The victory significantly narrows the gap to Verstappen in the championship standings.
