Instagram has launched Creator Lab, a new educational platform designed to support aspiring creators. The platform shares information about recent product features and provides insights from experienced creators. According to Paras Sharma, Director, Global Partnerships, Meta, India, Instagram is committed to providing an experience that allows users to connect with others over shared interests.
The platform has also introduced new features to make content more engaging, such as creative text tools, increased carousel size, and music additions. These features are designed to support the growing trend of “photo dumps” and encourage user interaction. Additionally, Instagram has released features like “Add Yours” templates, Music on Profile, and Multitrack Audio on Reels, which allow users to add up to 20 tracks to a single reel.
Creator Lab aims to educate users on how to use Instagram’s new tools and features to express themselves creatively, build meaningful connections, and monetize their content. The platform will support captions in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, and Hindi.
